I purchased Spy Sweeper from Webroot website (US).

It's main purpose was to remove the unwanted programm that's installed in my computer (megaupload files).

So I purchased it and ran a full scan, and it didn't fix the problem. Fair enough, I was willing to keep it and use it.

But then it's protection 'shield' thingy was keep bugging me throughout the day.

So I decided to unistall it and get a refund, as it is promised by 30days money back gurantee.

So searched FAQ and found out how to request a refund, and it says I need to log a ticket, stating I'd like a refund for my purchase. Or I could call them on the phone on their support number.

First I logged a ticket, requesting a refund. After submitting the ticket, I was advised the ticket will be answered within 2days.

And I logged it on 2. Feb, and now is 12.Feb. 10days over and nothing.

So I made a international call to their US support number, as stated in the FAQ section.

And guess what I hear?

"Please enter an extension number"

What The H*ll? How do I know what extension number or to what person I need to speak with?

But anyway I pressed random number, and.. that was it. Waiting.

Guys, Don't buy any product from Webroot, thinking you'll get a refund if you don't like the product, because you won't, and that's guaranteed by the company for sure.

At least try giving them a call on the support number to see how their 'Support' works.
