Paid $30 something dollars for a domain name for 1 year. Cannot point the name to anywhere else, stuck with webs.com's crappy website building service. Absolutely no way to contact them by phone or email on the website. Billing support links are broken. Say you have a 30 day money back guarantee, but there's no way to get your money back. The domain name is locked with them so you can't even transfer it to another domain host.
