I ordered a Coach handbag from them on 11/29/11.  It was a gift for my daughter for Christmas and I figured by ordering it that early I would have it by Christmas with no problem.  I paid $225.00 via credit card, (Webtreo is through Amazon.com, who will not even attempt to step in to resolve issues) and I was told I should receive my order between 12/5-8/11, and even was given a tracking number! 

On 12/8 I started emailing Webtreo because I hadn't received my order and could not track it.  The tracking info. just said it was in transit, but that had been the same since the beginning.  Webtreo refused to respond to my emails until the 9th and they just sent me an email and said contact them, but it was long distance.  I can't make long distance calls from my home or work phone and did not feel I should have to, anyway!  Webtreo would not give me any straight answers and I was getting more and more frustrated!

Finally, after I filed a bad review about them on the Amazon site, Debbie called ME.  She said she wanted to send me the Coach handbag FREE of charge to me and that my credit card had been refunded.  She said the only stipulation was that I had to remove my bad review right then and there as we spoke.  I clarified what she had told me because it just sounded too good to be true.  Yes, again she said she would send me the bag at NO COST TO ME WHATSOEVER! 

I removed my bad review and she promised I would have the replacement Coach handbag BEFORE Christmas since it was a gift for my daughter..she said she would make sure of it.  The only problem is she didn't have the brown one any more, but would send the black one instead. 

I agreed, thinking I couldn't be too mad since it was free. 
I still have not received the handbag for my daughter's Christmas gift and Debbie at Webtreo will not respond to my email inquirys. 

This was WRONG and left me NOT holding the bag for my daughter's Christmas gift! 
I am so mad and hurt and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!  I STILL WANT MY COACH HANDBAG, Webtreo!  Suck it up and DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO!
