I have used this company and they are on the level of scammers.
They only give non-binding estimates and then charge you double with the threat of locking your stuff up if you don't pay.
The contractor they hired to move my stuff, left about a third of my stuff in Idaho
and moved the rest of it to Missouri. The truck was loaded very
poorly, lots of broken stuff. He unloaded the truck alone out the side
door of a penske truck about 4 to 5 feet up. How did one person
carefully unload heavy stuff like that. He didn't even have a ramp.
My grill is partially taken apart, where are the screws and why was it taken
apart in the first place? Some screws are gone, but others that would
need to be removed to take the shelf off are still in place. So the
shelf is just flopping there halfway off. They left our microwave and
stand, that was on the list. Many, many other things left or missing.
I
can't afford to go get the remainder of my stuff, like my silverware
and most of our dishes. I am still waiting on the resolution letter
that was supposed to be in the mail at the beginning of December 2009.
I
have paid and paid and paid for the mistake of not properly researching
this company. If you do use them demand the come and inspect what
needs done (they won't by the way), demand a binding estimate (you
won't get it), and buy the full coverage insurance. Then get ready to have lots of broken, missing things.

We agreed to coordinate Mr. John Stevens' relocation from Loveland Ohio to Las Vegas Nevada with pickup to be performed on the estimated dates of 11/26/08 to 11/28/08 and delivery to be executed on the estimated dates of 12/1/08 to 12/13/08. On 12/2/08 we provided Mr. Stevens with the balance due to the carrier upon the delivery of his goods. Mr. Stevens advised us he did not agree with the additional packing charges of $168.68 he signed for at pick up; therefore we contacted the carrier on Mr. Stevens's behalf and the carrier agreed to reduce the packing fee to $81.80. Additionally, Mr. Stevens was advised his total cost would not exceed the estimated amount; provided that Customer provides WeHaul with an accurate description of the items to be moved and the services to be performed. This means the total estimated cost will not increase as long as Mr. Stevens's does not bring additional items or request additional services not originally included in the estimate. We apologized for the 3 hour delay of the movers, however, he was provided with several documents that indicated the estimated load and delivery dates; Mr. Stevens signed the documents and returned them to our office. In addition, Mr. Stevens hired us as a moving coordinator and acting as a moving coordinator only. However as a courtesy we extended a monetary offer to Mr. Stevens in an attempt to help alleviate any financial issues he may have had due to his inconveniences.
