Weight Loss Forever Closed clinics with no warning-screwed lots of people out of lots of money Virginia Beach Virginia
Weight Loss Forever, corporate offices in Virginia Beach, VA secretly locked their doors last Friday night (Nov 7) and closed down. Employees had no warning. The owner has stolen thousands of dollars in prepaid fees, body wraps, supplements and packaged/boxed foods. Beverly Turner is the owner and resides in a luxury high-rise in the Pembroke Section of Virginia Beach. She is now living on the misery of a few hundred people who were customers and a few dozen people who had the miserable task of working for her.
I would suggest that anyone still owing Care Credit on the program they had signed up for write a dispute letter to them and send it in right away explaining what Ms. Turner has done to them and you have not gotten the full measure of services from your contract. If you used a charge card, contact the card issuer and dispute the charges as well. You may get some relief but chances are pretty slim. But, it is worth the try.
I am left with 1400 still owing Care Credit, 5 body wraps were prepaid, some supplements left and 11 boxes of protein food products I will never see. I wish this woman every misery that can come to her for what she has done. I hope she never has a restful day or night. But, most people like her have no conscience and don't care what they do to people. She talked a big game, got everything she wanted out of people, and then kicked them to the curb.
Do whatever you can to get at least some of your money back and if you can afford it, hire a lawyer or take her to small claims court on your own.
