Weight Watchers Online - weightwatchers.com billed my credit card for 2nd month less than 15 days after first fee, refused give me my money back Internet

I tried contacting the company on the telephone, but they told me since they do not monitor usage, they could not give me my money back... bank takes 3-5 business days to issue an internal credit... ripoff.
