I joined the program that allowed use of monthly meetings in my area AND full use of online support. They charged me for the full service.  They never provided access to anything online and repeatedly denied that I have an account.  I received no information on meetings either.  A few days after signing up, I filed a complaint with them regarding the failure to provide the services paid for and required as part of their transaction.  They refused to responsd. A few days later, I followed up and filed another complaint with them.  I revoked permission for them to charge me for services they failed to render and cancelled any "account" they may later claim I have.   I additionally requested refund for services not rendered.   They refused to respond.  A few days later, I again "cancelled" my account, requested a refund and alerted them to the failure to provide services.  However, at that juncture they charge me for another month of services - 2 weeks after they charged me for a month of services already. It appears they are charging me 2 times a month for a full month of services and refusing to provide those services. I'm disputing their charges right now and have filed a BBB complaint.  I will continue to follow up and file various complaints and alerts until I'm refunded the full amount of refunds taken from my account without providing any of the services for which the funds were supposedly remitted.
