Wellington Who's Who - Davivi Marketing - Biltmore Who's Who(parent Company) SCAM SCAM SCAM - terrible company to deal with Freehold New Jersey
Wellington Who's Who was a respectable and well run company for its first 8 months in business at which point the company was sold. It went from a good business with excellent ownership to a scam run by incompetent deceitful individuals.
The new owners care about nothing other than getting money in their pockets, regardless of who it will affect. Doing business with this company, now owned by Davivi Marketing, and their parent company Biltmore Who's Who will do nothing for you except cause aggravation and cost you unnecessary money. You can get the same "networking capabilities" on Facebook and it costs hundreds less.
As far as "being nominated" to be in the registry, not true. As far as the caliber of members that they try to portray, not true. There are unemployed people who are in the registry, and by unemployed I don't mean because of the recent economy, I mean housewifes and students. Now there is nothing wrong with being a housewife or a student, but the registry claims to be for business leaders and successful professionals. Again, anything to line their pockets.
They offer you airline tickets and don't tell you the real restrictions on them, leading you to believe that you can use them anytime and for anywhere. This is not the case. They have to be used when you stay at one of the hotels they choose, when they are available.
Not only do they not care about their customers, they royally screw their employees as well. Not two weeks after Davivi Marketing and associate Biltmore Who's Who took over the company, they fired two of the employees that were assured a job during the takeover and assured a PAID week off while the company got everything in order.
Not only did they not pay either employee for the week they were guaranteed pay( because they did not want the employees to go get another job and stay with the company they said they would pay them for the week of New Years since it was Davivi's fault the office could not be opened for work.) but for the week they were in the office either.
When the four employees returned to work after much confusion on the new owners behalf, they promptly fired two of the four for no reason. After they were told not to go look for another job because the jobs were secure, as well as their pay. Well not only were they fired but they were not paid. Two employees are due two weeks of pay and one is also due commission. The company refuses to pay the employees the money they are due.
Does this sound like a business you would like to give your credit card information to over the phone? They didn't even have the ability to run credit cards for the first week of being open and wanted to use a suit store to run the sales for them.
They will not tell you that you CAN NOT cancel your membership and they will pressure you until you hang up on them or give them your credit card. STAY AWAY FROM WELLINGTON WHO'S WHO AND BILTMORE WHO'S WHO. They are both a huuuuge scam now that the original and respectable owners of Wellington have sold the company to the new owners, Davivi Marketing. Do yourself a favor and when/if you get the Wellington or Biltmore Who's Who letter in the mail, stuff it with as much garbage as you can and send it back to them, after all, postage is on them.
And did I mention they don't pay their employees?

I forgot to include that Davivi tried to have the two employees that they fired sign a release form granting them imunity from any legal actions in the future. They were offering the employees $300.00 each, which is less than half what was owed, but told the employees the only way they could get their money was by signing the falsified release agreement. Needless to say, neither employee signed it, therefore they were told they will not be paid.
