I was looking up my banking. I saw things I never heard of. I called some lady tells me I asked to try there company. I did not. I have had to cancel my cards and am waiting for a refund that i will never get.

I am sure of that... The check is in the mail. I guess the mail takes a month or longer... The same girl anwsers all the time and gives me the run around. I wish there was something we could do to stop this Is there?

We have received another set of checks and they are now in COLLECTIONS. You figure with all the people you guys rip off that the money would be in the BANKS.(NOTICE THE PLURAL OF BANKS). These companies have caused our accounts to go insufficient twice already. Taking money out with no authorization. There was no recording when the telemarketer called and I replied NO I DONOT WANT THIS STUFF. And still got ripped off. Lets see if these checks clear the bank after what almost 6 months now. And of course the customer service dept is a joke also. Why not get some one over here in the USA to answer your crap for you instead of the Phillipines.

An outsource telemarketer are calling customers and they are offering different kinds of program including ours in just one call. They were asked to verify their name, ask personal information like address, account information (if they are an authorized user of the acct) as such like that. After getting the information which customers gave out, they will hear a pre-recorded message offering the said program. On that pre-recorded voice it mentioned the name of the program and what kind of saving it offers the customer. A free trial period will be given to the customer if they agree with it. They will be charged initially with a certain amount once customer agreed to try it out. Also in the pre-recorded voice the other charges incurred on the program after the trial period is mentioned. But customers were also informed thay if they don't want to continue it, all they have to do is call the customer service for the cancellation of the program during the trial period so that they will not be charged with the other charges and the initial charge is fully refundable once customer asked for it. After the pre-recorded voice the telemarketer will then ask the customer if its okay (agreeing with the program). For the refund, from the time it was requested normally it takes about 10-14 business days. Sometimes, some of the customers are experiencing delay of their refund, this is due to some unavoidable circumstances which we don't have any hold of since we are also considering bank to bank processing. There are banks who processed the refund in one billing cycle or so. But eventually the customer do get their refund
