If what you are saying is true you are both have faults. I do admirer you wiliness to reconcile your debt. Unfortunately you creditor does not have to cooperate with you. I am not 100% sure but I believe the original debt holder has more rights that a normal agency.
And to mister Angry take a chill pill. If you lose your job get a new one or two I have not had any help from mommy or daddy. My wife was transferred in the Army to another state. I had to quit my job my job hunt lasted 4 hours and I got a job. (About 7 months ago)
Moveyourcar you dont know what a stay at home mom dose or you would know her job is just as hard as anyone else. All the cleaning sometimes with a 20 lb kid on you hip. You try shopping by yourself with two kids. That is work. I have 4/10 shifts at work and I watch my girl by myself that is do able two and more is an art. I have respect for what this woman is doing for her kids
Wellsfargo is a pain to work with I dropped them like a rock

So Nikki you're a stay at home mom yet you work 12 hours a day 7 days a week? You do know a stay at home mom means just that you don't go to work you "stay at home" it looks like you dug yourself a hole. People who come back with this "you should just pay your bills" obviously have always had someone to fall back on and don't understand that when you become unemployed for whatever reason you don't have someone to take care of your bills for you. I also went through problems with Wells Fargo due to being laid off the threats and harassment by phone were irritating I welcomed the day they came to repo my car because I'm going through bankruptcy. They have threatened to take me to court even thrown on my credit that they were trying to garnish my wages so I couldn't purchase another vehicle. You know what I have another vehicle my interest with Wells Fargo was 14% and I was paying 646 a month for 6 years about 450 of that went to interest for 2 years. My new car I had to get a unsecure loan 29% interest 450 for 3 and a half years. Now what sounds more crooked?

Answer to rebuttal: Sorry, I don't work for Wells Fargo. Yes, you have seen my posts on this website before. I have made a lot. Being a stay at home mom, this website is my fun time when the kids and hubby are asleep. Some of my rebuttals are informative, some are compassionate, and some are nasty. Since I work over 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can tell how my day went depending on the tone of my rebuttals. I must have personally offended you in another post. You ranted about making payments that were not applied. I have heard of that happening plenty of times on this website. That is a whole other ballgame than the OP's post. Creditors are just looking for trouble when they start playing games like that. The OP stated they haven't made payments for a year. I just found it difficult to believe that the OP hadn't made payments for a year before the car was repoed, unless the OP hid the car. Never said the repo men were right how they went about it.

You MUST work for them. I know people that are beyond paid up to date that they pull this type of behavior with. Telling them they didnt make aug payment. when proof is shown they did, they say, "we said september payment stupid. " When shown that that payment was made, they say" god, how can you be dumb, we said november payment". you know the drill. I have had senior people in that department say they have never spoken to me" when We have tapes of the calls, made from the office of law enforcement, and regulatory officials. It is delusional to continue to continue with the lies, when it has been checkmate for months and months. It is delusonal for anyone to think it is ok to defraud someone , or pretend they are law enforcement, or say they have judgements against someone without actually having done so. All of those actions are illegal, and it would be delusional for a company, and employee's who work for them to think that you can continue to break the laws , and it is ok to do so. you think that is right? If you do, that is a joke right? I think the idea here in the post is yes, it would be stupid to think it was ok to not make payments, but even more important, is the systematic, company wide effort to claim someone didn't make payments they did, and then break every law in the book to justify their actions. Impersonating a Police officer is a felony in every state in this country. The penalty in most states is 15-25 years in prision. Is that worth it to get your name on the collection board ? I love it when employee's of this company ( Wells Fargo) continue to post their rationals for illegal behavior on a PUBLIC website that is trying to help people who are scammed ,ripped off, or victim 's of Illegal behavior. That is not only delusional, it shows a lack of common sense. It's kind of like standing outside of the Police station, waving a gun, bragging that you just robbed a bank. I cannot believe your bosses let you do it..... You see, in your zeal to promote the arrogance at the behavior of Wells Fargo Employee,s in the original post you made a mistake . Being a Wells Fargo employee which you say you are posting here would be nuts . The fact is, you are not. You are a supervisor ( or claimed to me that you were) of a 3rd Party, Collections agency's that does contracted work for Wells Fargo . How do I know that? You see, in your glee of celebrating illegal activity , you post, on a PUBLIC website, your name and and location , and looking at investigational notes, I have talked to you before. In that conversaton yourself, you said alot of things exactly like the lady who posted originally mentioned . So, I would say she is not joking. You yourself, in the conversation we had, violated the provisions of the FDCA over 14 times in a 6 minute conversation. I want to thank you for bolstering our claims by your pubic post, but it amazes me that your bosses let you. It was a particulary nasty conversation on your part, and I did want to make emphasis of your phone call, which was done recently. Now, I can show them in your own words how you view the world. . It is just amazing that a representitive, would write and comment herself on a publice website. Thank you so much!!!! I think I will look at all of them again. I bet I find more. I recall seeing the name, but it was this post that made it click. I think this site deserves to be named site of the year. If this site helps stop just one person who thinks your way of business is the right way, it has done a huge pubic service.

You haven't paid a car payment for a year and are mad because they are treating you like crap? Of course the girl laughed when you stated THEY were violating YOUR rights. I don't agree with the repo man's method, and that is who your beef is with. You should be kissing Wells Fargos butt for letting you use their car for a year. I can't help but feel this post is a joke.
