wells fargo mortgage taking my home after i been there over 20 plus years hot springs Arkansas
i will make this short as possibly . my spouse died and then i lost my job we were in a recesssion was told that the job i applied for would hire me in 1 month but it was 4 months later . i got behind on my mortgage.so i had a aunt that worked at bank for many years and got her to help me do a remodifacation loan. after sending in my hardship letters. i was told that they would review i. about 6months later they called my aunt and told her that they are not going to help us and that first thing in the morning they were selling my house i got this call at 4 pm.i was out of town working. when i got back in went to see a bankruptsy attorney he said when he looked up the records that it showed i was still the owner and that i could save my house by filing bankruptsy , i been paying on my bankruptsy for around 3 months ,i got a call 3 weeks ago and was told wells fargo did sell my house and that they are in the process of making me move out.i almost had a heart attack i couldnt even breathe.they said they sent a certfied letter that i never ever seen and i was told they have to serve you papers and tell you when and where they are selling my house. me and my aunt keep records of everything we were waiting on a response and the response i got was we are not going to help you and next day we are selling your house. how can they get away doing that ?. they say that in the papers that they are going to start helping people stay in their homes but when are they going to?? we are not some kind of animals that you can just kick around we are human beings that for some reason or another came across hard unexpecting times.
