On the weluvpuppies.com/maltesesbaby.htm page the opening available Maltese puppies picture has been stolen from my site (((link redacted))) page. In fact, the stolen picture properties will show "Hyper text protocol" url (((link redacted))) which proves that picture has been stolen from my website. The second picture stolen is the one they are using as "their" Maltese stud dog Snoopy on welvpets.com/studservices.htm. The original picture can be seen on my website at (((link redacted))) then click on Lucci, Teddy, & Charlie to see in it's original frame form or you can go to my (((link redacted))) for just that page. All of my pages have Copyright 1998-2009 by Foxstone Maltese. All rights reserved. Do not duplicate or redistribute in any form.

This website has also stolen Maltese pictures from other websites such as Chrismanpuppies.com, TaLinMaltese.com, CoginsMaltese.com, whose puppy pictures can be found on their page welvpets.com/maltesesmomdad.htm. Many of the Yorkie puppy pictures on their Yorkie pages actually were stolen from (((link redacted))). (The (((link redacted))) lady actually thought she had her pictures safeguarded since she had No Right Click enabled). The Poodle pictures actually came from a Polish Poodle site so as you can see they are equal opportunity picture stealers.

We have contacted the welvpets.com and weluvpuppies.com lady on several occasions to request that our pictures be removed but received nothing but threats and vulgarity. She is still using our pictures as I type this ripoff report. We also contacted her ISP (freewebs.com aka webs.com) which is another ripoff report.

When someone steals pictures from someone else's website, which is Copyright Infringement, by the way, one has to wonder why they are stealing pictures instead of using their own. I do not know if this is another one of the internet non-existent puppy selling scams or what............definitely makes one wonder.

I and the other stolen picture owners just want our pictures removed. As it is at this moment, our stolen pictures are being used to misrepresent/defraud the public, looking for puppies to buy of the particular breeds of dogs/puppies that www.welvpets.com and www.weluvpuppies.com say that they have for sell.

CLASSICAL NIGERIAN PET ADOPTION SCAM

#2Consumer Comment

Sun, February 08, 2009

THE NIGERIANS HAVE GONE FROM E-MAILS TO HAVING WEBSITES AND THIS IS ONE OF THEIR FAVORITE SCAMS. THEY GET PHOTOS OF ADORABLE PUPPIES AND CLAIM THAT THEY BELONG TO THEM AND THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. BUT ONLY IF YOU PAY FOR A CRATE, SPECIAL FOOD, POSTAGE AND HANDLING, SHIPPING CHARGES, INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, PORT FEES AND ALL SORTS OF BOGUS CHARGES UNTIL YOU FINALLY REALIZE THAT THERE IS NO PUPPY. THERE NEVER WAS AND THERE WAS ONLY THE INTENT TO DEFRAUD YOU. WHEREVER NIGERIANS GATHER, THIS IS ONE OF THEIR BEST PAYING SCAMS.
