Wendy Elston Seward County Attorney lies court, lies to the jury. The legal system is a joke to her, and so are the residents of Seward called to jury duty. With the aid of the incompetent Seward Nebraska public defender David Kimble, Elston will fabricate evidence, withhold all evidence which would aid your defense. If you are lucky enough to get David kimble removed, Judge Alan Gless will just appoint another Seward attorney like Larry Brauer or Sanford Pollack to make sure you get no help with your case! Wendy Elston with judge Alan Gless's help will allow every law enforcement officer in that County to lie in Court. With this crooked judges help Elston fabricates civilian witnesses and adds them as witnesses the day before trial. If you are lucky enough to hire your own attorney, Elston and Gless will make sure that lawyer screws your case up. For a deal on another one of his cases in that County or for the simple threat your attorney won't get any deals in the County every. Gless's Court reporter will change the testimony recorded in any proceeding before they are sent to the Nebraska Appeals Courts if this will help cover up the crooked dealings of this County. Wendy Elston is a good for nothing person, a good for nothing County Attorney. She's a Sorry Excuse and worst then anyone she's put in jail except for one who was almost set free. Another Screw up is Seward Sheriff Joe Yokum, who aids Wendy Elston in every crooked dealing in that county.

The Nebraska Supreme Court disbarred former Seward City Attorney Larry Brauer on Friday, after he voluntarily surrendered his license to practice law in the state. Brauer resigned his position in August after nearly 23 years on the job.

A county attorney that lies to the court and jury. Fabricates evidence with help from the public defender.
Withold crucial evidence.
Allow every county police officer to lie about you in court.
Intimidate personal, private attorneys.
Court reporter changing trial transcripts to cover up others mis-deeds.
The Seward sheriff aiding and abetting all of the above.....did I miss anything?
