Wendy Kazel Attorney at Law is an outright liar and will do anything to get a judge to be bias against the opposing litigant Las Vegas, Nevada
This is what this attorney put in a court pleading and accused me of:
Threatening her, making a scene in her lobby, banging my fists on her desk, yelled at her, became belligerent to her and then said my attorney who was present did absolutely nothing.
Of course my attorney did absolutely nothing because this was all a blatant lie by Wendy Kazel, In fact my attorney drove to Kazels office with me in my car. I entered kazel's building with my attorney, I was never out of my attorney's site, Wendy Kazel is a no good liar that lies in Pleadings, lies in open court, presents evidence to the court that she knows is false in order to try and get the judge on the case bias against the other side.

You must have enormous balls to bad mouth an attorney but not have the courage of your convictions to say who you are. Most sensible people will dismiss your comments as not worth the time to read, most especially as you are cowardly and do not say who you are and even bad mouth your own attorney. Clearly things did not go your way and your comments are simply a result of your bad temper and poor impulse control and it would seem for being a sore loser.
Wendy Kazell has handled my legal matters fairly and promptly and with every degree of professionalism. You seem to say that you are not her client and so you would be totally unaware of this.
I do hope that both your own attorney and Ms Kazell will see your defamatory comments and will each pursue you for defamation and a large punitive damages award. You richly deserve this.
Many people believe they can post what they like on the Internet with no repercussions and that they can rely on the freedom of speech defense. The Courts however see this differently and they do hand out large awards if indeed your comments are proved to have been nonsense and made only to damage reputations.
I do hope that Ms Kazell takes you to the cleaners for your utter rubbish (badly spelled too) that you have published. The Ripoff report have your physical address and IP address and email address so you cannot hide and it is not hard to find out exactly who you are and take you to Court.
