Sudberg entered 12 month management agreement with our property management company (The VIR Group) on May 21st, 2017 to list her own property on Tall Pine Lane.
She DEMANDED termination on June 12th, 2017. More than 11 months before her agreement ended.
Sudberg got upset when we refused to let her breach her contract.
Sudberg is still in contract with us until May 21st, 2018.
Sudberg then proceeded to restrict our access to the property by removing the locks on the property without our knowledge or consent.
Guests are already booked into her home and she wanted to contact them directly and steal the clients from us and take the money directly. These poor guests will now have nowhere to stay on their vacation. Many of whom are so excited about coming to sunny Florida and The Villages to start their retirement. How awful is that to deprive them of that ability?
We advised Sudberg that we would enforce our contract however we needed to, including getting our Attorney involved.She said "fine, I'll get mine involved too".
Sudberg is a realtor covering The Villages, FL. She works for REMAX Premier Realty in The Villages. FL Real Estate license number SL3342133. A Realtor should know that a contract is binding.
Bearing in mind she is so willing to breach her own contracts I don't know how anyone could want to use her as a Realtor.

Wendy Sudberg, a Realtor with Remax Premier in The Villages, FL is refusing legal service by hiding. She’ll answer the door to a Pizza delivery guy but knows she is liable for her defamatory and crooked actions because she’s avoiding service of legal documents. Innocent people don’t avoid process servers, only guilty ones do.

Lying to your bank about a contractually obligated credit card charge to charge it back and gain use of the funds for other means is chargeback fraud.

Alistair rented by new home forb8 days. He charged me 495 dollars. He then figured out that I owed him 17 dollars after the rental. By being a bully he feels he should get his way to rip everyone off. If he does not get his way his way he uses the legal system not in the way it is intended.. If he did an honest business and focused his time on satisfying clients he would be very successful

Alistair Powell retaliates for any reasonable criticism he receives. It is infantile. If you validly write a consumer complaint he mirrors the complaint and writes it about you. He should be finding out why his customers rather landlords are complaining and why people will not trust their property with him or VIR. They are dishonest and use the legal system to try to silent the people they deceive. I do feel sorry for him as a human being that anyone can be so twisted and hateful and juvenile. It is sad that he spends time and money suing his clients and their families. He uses the process servers like pizza delivery men to all the people he sues. Perhaps we have a life and are busy and not there when the process server comes. And we know it is one more of the many pizzas he is sending the door that we did not order

Oh, she also charged back the contractually obligated $495 which is theft - we are actively prosecuting criminally for this with the Economic Crimes Division of the sheriff's department and the State Attorney's office.

It's worth noting that Wendy Sudberg is so guilty she's been in hiding avoiding service for the past 3 months. Process servers have gone to her home and she hides inside it with the blinds shut!

I have never represented Alistair Powell and the VIR group using the Villages name as the person initiating the complaint I employed the group to rent my personal property. They assured me of a good return on my money. Unfortunately my brand new property was debited for services non needed not performed admirably receipts. I have them 495 dollars up front and after the rental they said I owed them 17 dollars. They also left their old golf cart stored in my garage and accused me of stealing it. They also have a pattern of unfair practices with owers and they are under investigation by the Attorney General. They sue for anything they can to upset seniors into settling. This report is not about my being a real estate agent but about Mr Powell retaliating for bad but honest reviews of his horrible service and character.
