I have to agree with the reports on this site about Wendy's. One time I went through the drive thru and ordered two large chilis. When I got back to the office I found out the two large chilis was more like two large chili waters. There was hardly any beans or meat to speak of and one of the chilis was only half full. When I called their customer service line they had the nerve to explain to me that the cooks just didn't stir the chili. I told them there was no way that was possible because I was there just before closing and the chili I got could be used to quench your thirst with. They intentially watered down the chili simply to fill my order.

On another occasion I went the the drive thru and ordered a twentey piece nuggets. Now they don't have a twenty piece nuggets but they DO have a five piece nuggets for 99 cents. I only got a single order of a five piece nuggets. How hard is it to multiply 4 times 5? It equals 20 stupid! Charge me for 4 orders of a five piece nuggets. DUH!

If you KNEW that Wendys did not have a 20 piece then why did your order 20 pieces? NOW who is the moron?. And you can not judge all Wendy's (or any other fast food palce) by just one. Maybe I should claim that since you live in Mesa, Arizona, and are a whineer and complainer and obviously a moron, the I could amke the assumption that ALL people in Mesa are that way? Just as stupid as saying that all Wendy's are bad.

Next time you want twenty nuggets you say I want 4 orders of your .99 nuggets. They may have thought you were being a jerk like some customers are. Also calling someone stupid shows your character especially since you don't know them. Maybe next time you should be a bit more clear in your order. Remember they may have left their mind-reader cap at home that day.

Do I actually think the majority of the public reads this website? Umm yes, ROR gets almost 300,000 hit a DAY. Have you ever stopped to think that the customer doesn't want to pursue corporate office over a 99 cent chili. How is corporate office going to fix the problem? With a 99 cent coupon? I'm sure the corporate office will get right on it! That's probably the reason for the 1 in 10 statistic you gave. Maybe the customer didn't feel it was worth wasting their time over, but wanted to warn other people. Mostly you're just assuming they didn't go higher up the chain. Just because they didn't mention it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. So next time you say "don't speak up if you don't know what you're talking about" you should look in the mirror and say it:)

Do you honestly think the majority of the public reads this website. NO. 1 out of 10 dissatisfied customers actually complain to the manager, supervisor, or corporate offices of any given business. How is the guy in the supervisory position supposed to fix the problem if nop one bothered to tell them about it? HUH?! Complaints sent to corporate go to the supervisor and the franchise OWNERS! This is first hand knowledge. Don't speak up if you don't know what you're talking about!

If they don't complain here on ROR, then how would we (everyday consumers) be warned of these companies. If they only go to the Corporate office, do you thing they (Wendy's) are going to inform the public of their poor customer service? Think about the bad advice you're giving people. It could affect all of us.

Same as I said to someone else...wendys website. Complaints go straight to the store supervisor. Complain there...not here.
