I made an order on 22nd november with the boss that goes by name James but real name is Tangje Guo.
he promise me would be ready in 2 weeks still after a month i was waiting and he didnt even reply to messages or text.
i opened a dispute on alibaba the 25th december even though was made offline the agreement the tried to help and eventually he start doing the order and send me but half of the order,
in the mean time the dispute with alibaba has been closed he says will do the refund for the other half but disapeeared again .
