I went to Werner to get started in the trucking industry. I went to orientation And did everything asked of me. During the orientation the terminal manager took me aside and started quizing me on some stuff on my background check. I answered all of his questions no problem, at that point I found out someone had stolen my identity & had gotten arrested using my name. I had no idea about this until this time . The manager acted like I was lying & we got into it, no surprise. The next day I was told I was being let go, for a reason I could not believe, they had said I tested positve for thc. I don't use nor have I used, when I asked for a copy of the test results they informed me that they don't have to give me those results. I am currently trying to fight these lies using DAC fix. I have found them to be very helpful so far, I suggest that if you have a problem you call & talk to them about it to see if they can help you. If there are any other people out there with this problem PLEASE contact me & let me know what is going on. While in orientation I exchanged phone # with some of the other drivers & found out they didn't have enough trainers to cover all of us. I also found out that trucking companys don't get in trouble for filing false stuff on your DAC. No wonder this system is fatally flawed.

I've passed more than two dozen drug screenings, and that is for one reason. I don't use drugs. You didn't get anything removed from your DAC Report in the span of time that has passed since you first posted your complaint (one month). You also could not have completed the program required for anyone who has been found to have had a positive result. You would have to have followed up with an Substance Abuse Professional, EVEN IF you were completely innocent. So here's my guess as to how this all translates; If you are indeed working for a "mom & pop" trucking company, they have no clue that you were found to have a positive result because you lied about it on your application, and/or it may also indicate that they did nothing to confirm your background, or it would have been found. Whatever the case, if the FMCSA steps into their offices for a field audit and ultimately discovers this, you're both going to be in deep trouble. They'll be facing several fines for hiring you without checking your background. And you? Get ready to shell out a minimum of $25,000 for your failing to disclose this truthfully as required by Federal law on your application for employment.

So think what you want , since posting this I have gotten this bs taken off my report Imagine that. Now I have gone with a mom & pop operation & I love it . SCRAPPY..

LOL this is by far the funniest thing I have read on here. LOL I know Werner very well, and I know that if they said you tested positive.. YOU DID I also find it hilarious that your buddy may have told you that werner doesnt have enough trainers. Werner has TOO MANY trainers.... They have plenty for every trainee that may ever come through the company and then some. I think you need to face the facts, you failed a D/S and came up with a bunch of crap to make yourself feel better. All you did was make yourself look like a fool. Good luck to you.

First of all, it is patently illegal for any company to offer false information regarding the references they file with USIS/DAC Services. There are severe penalties for deliberately reporting information that cannot be substantiated on any consumer report. The above "report" smells like a thinly disguised advertisement for the company that has recently sprung up to serve the trucking industry, that supposedly can "fix" false entries on one's DAC report. I'm no fan of Werner Enterprises, and consider them to be one of the bottom barrel companies, but that aside, even they would not discharge an employee under the pretenses of charging a driver with a false report of an arrest for a criminal act and a positive drug test because they did not have enough trainers for newbies. To anyone that finds themselves in the position of needing to fight an entry offered by a company that they consider to be false, save your hard earned bucks, and fight it yourself. No company can do any better than you can at defending yourself. This particular company charges hundreds of dollars to do what you can do for under $20.00. I've seen their ads and have checked them out, and I consider them to be no more worthy of a nod, than any other agency that claims they can clean up a credit report. USIS/DAC Services, Inc. is regulated by the FTC, and the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) will additionally impose further penalties for any deliberate act of reporting false information regarding a former employee. Always attempt to fight false or misleading information with USIS first, before taking it any further. Your challenge in writing to them forces the company to justify it's entries to USIS. If the company cannot justify the entry with proof, by law it must be removed for your record. Complaints for deliberately false information, or for unresolved issues that you can back up with proof can be filed online with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). You will need to provide as much information as possible about the dispute, and why it is false. If you are a person that thinks you don't have what it takes to fight a false entry yourself, spend a little money and consult an Attorney that specializes in employment law.
