I was looking for a florist in Bradenton, Florida to send my sister some flowers. THe Florist that popped up with a discount for flowers was Wesly Flowers. All through the process of filling out the information of who they were  to be delivered to and my personal information etc and the fees which arent' clear due to BIG RED 50% off and  80% off which they do not give you a total.The only way to get a total of cost was s to click the button that says submit.

Once you do this the total shows up and it is to late to do anyting. it was $25.00 more dollars than what it allowed me to believe. False advertisement.

The Arrangement was said to be $29.99 plus other fees with a 50% discount in HUGE RED LETTERS and then another 80%  IN Big Huge letters and I was trying to add up all cost with discounts and it just wasn't clear so I hit total to see what the total was and when I did it submitted my credit card number was taken. You couldn't go back to cancel, you couldn't retrack your order. Bam gone ! 

I emailed to every e-mail address they had immediatley to cancel this order. No response. The only response I received was that my Confirmation number was 6971100619. I then tried calling the next day several times. Some hung up on me others left me on hold.

I was agitated to say the least.  In one conversation with their phone girl she said that I would have to go through a process and e-mail one of the e-mail addresses that I already e-mailed to with no reposne to get a form to fill out to get a refund and that it would take me 7 days to get it. Really! it took them a second to get my monies and I have to wait 7 days for a refund? I insisted to speak to a manager which she would not allow me to do. I asked her for the name of the CEO of the Company which she said is against policy and I told her it was public record. Her name was Guenn Gomez in their office in Illinois.   

I called back to speak with another representative and He just kept me on hold.

This company gives the illusion of but they  are doing False advertisement.

You cannot contact anyone in regards to getting your order cancelled or a refund. Only to take your money. 

SInce my frustration and encounter with this company I looked up complaints so that I could let others know to my surprise there were so many against this False Advertisement of a company.

I hope this company has to be put out of business or to do their advertising honestly.
