West West Coast Distribution, Inc. Phone Cards Making Money Disappear then Anaheim California
Three days after recharging my wcdi phone card by $100, and talking to my mother for at most 30 minutes, my phone card suddenly ran out of funds. When I went online to look for their customer service number, I found that their website was no longer in existence. My mother tried to call them several times from over seas, but they continue to keep putting her on hold, transferring her calls to different people, and then telling her that they will call back in 10 to 15 minutes.
In fact, the last time that this happened, my mother was told to get a new phone card with a new pin number - that this would somehow resolve the problem. Now, we have two phone cards that we cannot use - either because it simply doesn't work or no longer has funds. I tried calling them again today, and the same thing happened - put on hold twice - transferred to three different guys - then told that the third guy (Sam) would call me back.
I cannot believe this! They have somehow made my family's $200 disappear, and when asked about it, simply ignored our complaints. This is a very large sum of money and our family is enraged. I've noticed that there's another ripoff report on West Coast Distribution, Inc. phone cards. For those of you who are tempted by their cheap minutes, don't be fooled!
