I feel that I should report this on the Ripoff Report site. I am a victim as well from West Coast Performance and Vincent Malavolta aka James V Aznavorian. Vincent took $ 3500+ dollars and never completed the agreed upon work. I am currently in court seeking a final judgment for the monies owed and West Coast Performance has other legal problems going on and hopefully those people will come forward and put this company out of business.

Vincent Malavolta and West Coast Performance, LLC Finally this business West Coast Performance, LLC is officially closed down and out of doing any business in the State of Florida. Although I like many others lost money putting trust in Vincent Malavolta as he lies and steals.
This address 3053 N Carl G Rose Hwy, Hernando, FL 34442 and phone number (352) 419-4213 are no longer a place of business or phone number as its no longer active. The entire state of Florida knows this now and so happy. JD Crystal River

We all won and a good day for all of us who were victims of Vincent Malavolta aka James V Aznavorian as he steals from anyone he can. This business West Coast Performance, LLC was closed down offically and is no longer in business at 3053 N Carl G Rose Hwy Hernando, Florida 34442 and the phone number 352-419-4213 is no longer in service.
It was only a matter of time for Vincent Malavolta and anyone who's owed money should file a small claims case and contact the Attorney Generals office and open a case and maybe they can put him in jail where he belongs, but a great day for celebration and he will never work again in the state of Florida.

This is just more of colluding but I'm the victim here. Nowe I'm involved in severe slander lawsuits. Jd is completely telling stories like herpes from one lip to another this is wrong and out of hand. Jd is a very poor person and can't stand being wrong . It's OK boys I'm on this like flies on s---t. You did all your own crappy work and you bought both engines.
You hired a guy at your house to dothis and your trying to win a unwinnable factual suit. I'm not settling for this slander your tongue is rotting buddy. This is just a cap package in full. We didn't did not assemble or purchase or install either garbage engines you traded or purchased site unseen. I have all the picss that show how desperate you are to win the unwinnable.
