On 01/24/05, I ordered a breakfast/kitchen set. My creditcard was charged for $191.47 02/01/05. They said I will get my order in three weeks and will be sending my invoice and tracking number to my email. LIES! Waited for three weeks and the order was not recieved. No email either. Called to see what was going on and when will I get my shipment. Said they'll do a back order and I will get it in a few days. Few days passed, still empty handed. Called for reinburstment or have the order sent ASAP. Said that no one put a back order in and they will see what is going on with the order. I called and asked to talk to a manager/owner over and over again. Left voicemails and even talked to someone. They even emailed, vmailed, and called their manager/owner to have him call me. A week later, they called to confirm if Kevin Kendall ever called me. No call and order, stll no show. Still no response or answers to my questions. Called and asked to speak with Kenneth Kendall (CEO), messages were taken down but no call from him. Promises of "its being shipped soon" turns to nothing. I get a voicemail on 03/07/05 saying "they are for sure sending the order out 03/08/05 or 03/09/05. Today is 03/14/05 and I am left with nothing. I been calling everyday for the past few days leaving voicemails on their lines and no one is calling me back to confirm anything. All I want it a reinburstment or my order shipment. It ain't that hard. Now, they won't return phone calls or answer the phone. I found a number and called it saying I will be flying down there from San Francisco this Friday and would like to talk to SOMEONE who can give me a reinburstment. Young lady that I was talking to on the phone was his daughter and said that "Kenneth Kendall will do whatever it takes to give me my reinburstment, he'll call me when he can." SO FAR... NO RESPONSE BACK!!!! When a manager/owner cannot provide for her/his consumers with customer service, making his employees do all the run arounds with angry customers, then you know there is definately something suspicious. It's called LACK OF QUALITY BUSINESS. All who have read this, please file a complaint with BBB.ORG West Coast Furnishings/Mid Valley Furniture, I will come straight to your office until I get my reinburstment.
