Western Dental In Oceanside Late Fee Charge!! Oceanside California
I tock my son to this dental place for emergency and i agree to pay 1300.00 for the full service so i pay upfront 299.00. but i was late on my firts payment and when i whent to pay they told me there was a late for $25.00 And I ask them why does my pay stamens tell me $10.00 and now you're telling me there's a $25.00 fee she told me our policy change on January and I told her ok! But I just came in last month you had plenty of time to change all your paper work. It's not like it just happened yesterday and if you change your late fee how come I was not aware of that. And the manager was rude about it. She said it's not my fault you're late on your bill. So I told her I will pay for my mist take but not for yours. It does not make sense how you change your policy suddenly without letting customers know. So I call the corporate office and they keep transferring so I repeated myself like 10 time to different people so I gave up on calling. I will keep trying until they removed the $25.00. It's not fair that they overcharge.
