Western Dental In Poway CA Western Dental riffoff with dishonest fraudulent, Poway California
I used google seach, come up with $39.00 Exam & Cleaning from westerndental.com. Something very cheap.
I made an appointment with them at 9:00AM to cleaning service
After arrive this office in Poway
1st thing they do ask me to sign the legal form "You have to pay if the ins does not pay".
then waited for 2 hours.
They did not inform what kind of the service they will do.
They just went ahead and took the xray
It took 5 minutes cleaning (I have never been with any dentist cleanning that fast. After 2 hours waiting, it took only 5 minutes to clean)
after couple weeks, I receive a call from this office to pay for the XRAY.
I also receive a bill from my Ins that this office had claimed:
Comprenhensive oral eval $88.00
Intraoral xray service $133.00
Cleaning - Adult $98.00
As you know, their website claim the service for only $39.00 for both exam + xray + cleaning, so this is a riff off.
In addition, they did not inform you that all the above services.
My Isurance refuse to pay the xray, so this office had repeatly calling me at home to pay for the xray.
I need some help.
