I just returned to Ca, from thier Nashville , Tn training facility. Nothing but lies !!!! There is not one thing they did not lie about.
The first ad said .34 cpm and avgs... No! not at all. I looked at a current employees online payroll and he was making .18 cpm and .10 per diem = .28 cpm a far cry from .34 and the new one says .48 cpm They did not even pay this guy for his tarping pay. One roommate has worked for them for 1.5yrs and is only getting .32 cpm .
Hometime? I just spoke with a driver whos been with them for 1yr and has only been home 3 times . lives in Modesto, ca. The said they had a pet policy but not when you got there. no pet policy. They say they feed you breakfast and lunch. cerial , some instant oatmeal, waffles and coffee. Great diet for diabetic...or make you one. For lunch...wow... they give you a hamberger bun with a piece of meat on it and nothing else. you can put ketchup and mustard on it is all. and a bag of chips. NO WATER, NO SODA, NO DRINKS! And for a grown man too...sheesh.
The motel has bedbugs and the toilet leakes out the flush you just flushed on your floor... they wont fix it... i tried to get them to. I talked to several drivers quitting on them. If your rig needs fixing... plan on staying at thiere terminal up to 8 days. One guy came in after being sent to pick up a truck. It was broken and after 3 weeks he got to come back, but not after having to work on it and help the mechanic to do so. No bath or anything for 3 wks. He just threw away his clothes. T
They also have an instructor who had been in the U.S.M.C at one time.
Well he thinks he is a drill instructor and the students are his recruits to curse out and insult as he wishes. I reported him and the upper staff doesnt care at all.
Bottom line is they do not care at all and will tell you anything , any lie to get you stuck there so you most likely will work for them. They will give you a ticket home if you request. I did.
Dont buy into it or work for them. it is all a lie.....
