We purchased The High Tech Service Contract from Mike Thompson when we brought 2004 Itasca. At a cost of $3295. The financial Rep assured us that the RV was covered from bumper to bumper. Within 2 weeks the generator went out. Carburator, not covered. My cost, $625.00.

Recently air-condition fan stayed on. Resistor, not covered. Now, the fuel sending modual is out, not covered.

I made several calls to them with no avail. All they said was to read the coverage on the contract. I requested to speak to a higher supervisor, but (Greg) hung up on me and did not return my call.

Now I have to pay out of pocket to complete the repairs that Western General will not cover. My cost, $660.00.!! Its ashame that they will not deal in good fairness. After all they did collect my $3295.00 with a smile.

Ive worked with Mr. Martin Munoz in the past, but he is also reluctant to return my calls. I am mad and frustrated.

Anything you can do will help ease the pain in my wallet! Thanks.
