Western Towing, Escala Homeowners Association, Summit Security Towing scam! A MAJOR ripoff!! San Diego California
I was visiting friends that own a condo at the Escala Condo community in Mission Valley.
I parked in a space outside of their unit that had a sign reading "guest parking only" - I was a guest. No wording about towing.
My car was towed overnight by Western Towing. Apparently, this community is monitored by Summit Security and they authorized the towing... with the Escala Homeowner's Assoc. approval I would assume.
It cost me $285 to get my stolen car back! We also talked to several other condo owners that have had the same problems. This is an unfair scam that raking in huge profits for the towing company and PROBABLY Summit Security as well.
This is a total injustice and should be investigated by the Attorney Generals office.

The escala neighborhood is full of corrupt department of defense, fbi and other government agencies that will tow your car and plant a tracking device in it so they can monitor you. Thats just the beginning though. They will ruin your life and chase you off. Stay out of escala!!!
