Westgate Resorts Untruthful salesman phone techs top of the company down to the bottom Ocoee Florida
The salesman told us upon purchase there would be no maintenance fee until january since we were buying in a year that was already going.
Shortly there was a maintenance charge to my account. Upon calling them they said the salesman must have lied. They said we only had to pay half since the year was half over.
Upon paying that and transferring the balance to my credit card suddenly their collections dept started calling several times a day stating that we had to pay the full amount.
I am tired of their lies. One tech asked me what the name of the people were that said I didn't have to pay and did I have it in writing. I asked her if I knew what her name was, she didn't bother to identify herself and if she was going to give me anything in writing over the phone.
They are scam artists from the top of this company to the bottom. I contacted my credit card company and they said since it was a transfer they couldn't reverse the charges. I am not paying them a penny more and they can forget any and all maintenance charges from here to eternity.
I won't ever use their facility, we called to use our week and supposedly are gold members. Well, we didn't even get our week. They have the money and we have nothing.
