Complaint Review: WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVICES - Los Angeles California

I have read and left a story of what is happing to me. I see what people are saying what has happen to them and me. But the people that are wrighting in about what people are saying are Employess of the company. I have filed a report to the BBB and they will look into it. As for the Class Action Lawsuit everyone should try and do it. If enough people do this we will fined out. I have heard that some people have talked to lawyers to they dont want to take the case becasue the CEO if the company works for the court system in L.A California. It makes it hard for anyone to do anything. The company has alot of other companys that are under the westlake name. I also had my truck repoed and got the truck back. But what is funny is that when I called to talk to someone they told me the I owe them one price then when I money gram them the money and give them the number to look up then they tell me that I pay them more money and when I asked why he said to just pay it . So I did. And then they wanted me to give them the whole phone bill with all the numbers on it. And the Elec bill and 10 Ref. numbers and address too. Well I did but as for the phone bill told them that they dont need that all they need it the address on it to show that is were i live. They didnt like it but they took it. Well I had 2 payments put to the end of the loan. And they said that they would put the tow bill there too. That was 385 to pick it up and keep it. I told them that it would take me 2 weeks to get the money and they said that is ok and that they would put a hold on the truck. So when I paid my money and went down to get the truck. The people at the yard said it went to the yard to be sold. I was told it was going to be sold the next day. When I asked that Westlake put a hold on the truck for me to get it paid. I told them that Westlake told me that they can have it on a Hold for 30 days .Well the person at the yard said that is not true and they hear it alot about Westlake telling people that they can have it on hold. Well glad I got it back in time. Back to my payments I have 2 of them at the end of the loan and Im at the end of the loan. Well I told them that I did forgot about that payment and then told them that I can pay ments on that payment. Well As for what I have found out is that If a company takes your money they have to put it to the loan I get a lot of calls and hear so many differnt things from the CSRs they say its ok then 10mins later Ill get a call and talk to them then another CSR tells me something differnt .I have gotten to the point with this company that Im starting to record them becasue the way they talk to people . So lastnight when they called me I said to them that I was going to recored the call. Well they were pissed and I said if you want to talk to me then u will be recored. He didnt like it and I said to him then we cant talk and have a nice day. So I hope that this helps somewhat. But we need to get this company shut down
