Hi Rocco! I highly encourage you to file your dispute to the American Aribitration Association (AAA). I am currenlty in the process of doing that myself and I believe it is our best bet at getting some resolution. I have spoken to a lawyer who was interested in picking up my case, but lost interest once he found out I signed an agreement to arbitration with Westwood. Chances are you signed this too (Westwood did an awesome job at covering their basis). Hope this provides some help.

Rocco,
Yes, people are still being scammed and lied to by this institutional degree mill. If you visit westwoodisawful.com, you can review videos of how these types of institutions are allowed to legally steal your money and get away with it. Unfortunately, I went all the way and graduated from Westwood. It wasn't until after graduation I discovered the real truth. The admissions reps will tell you everything you need to hear to get you enrolled but the college falls short on any and all promises.
Westwood's reputation is severely tarnished and with all of the law suites and payouts this college is having to make because of fraud, not a single employer will take a graduate from this college. The best thing anyone can do for now is to hit all of the college review websites and slam them, tell your story and get the word out. Once Westwood understands that people like me and you are not going to take this sitting down, they may fix their broken system but doubtful.
Westwood college is for profit, not for education, they are out to make as much money as possible and are not concerned about their students. They want your federally insured loans, grants and personal dollars and do not care what type of education or degree you get.
Sorry you discovered the real truth about Westwood so late but consider yourself lucky you got out in time.
