back in sept 2013 i was an idiot and got a title loan for $1200 from etitle loan.i was told to meet at mcdonalds when i arrived there was a lady standing out front with a tablet and started taking pics of my car we then went inside where she pecked on the tablet and said that she was sending the pics to her office and had me click the agree button after about 20 minutes and three phone calls on her end i was out the door with a check and as we are walking out she says that i will get my contract by email or mail
its now jan 2014 and i have yet to get my copy of the contract ive called many times daily since day one and i get no answer or the people i want to talk to isnt their.i got online in nov 2013 and found the payment center and sent them $414 paid with my debt card.
well as of yesterday my car has been repoed. after blowing up etitles phone system i finally got to talk to someone they said they cant tell me how much i owe currently or from day one of the loan and to call back at 10am (its 9:57am) i said no thats 3 minutes away help me with what you can she said i cant and hung up.i call right back couple tries later i get an answer same thing but call back at 1030 then it was 11 then 1130 finally i get some information they say your car has been repoed and its at a local shop in my town and its $749.88 to get it out but i can only pay it by money gram to wetstone partners and then i have to call etitle back with wetstones con number then they will send a letter to release my car i call the repo company to find out that their lot is two hours away from my house.
my car is front wheel drive when the tow truck took it they hooked to the back and drug it out of driveway and down the road there is skid marks all the way down the road before leaving my driveway you can see where when they drug it my driver side tire was straight then turned hard while passenger side was straight whole time and i found a broken tail light lens at the end of my driveway..anything i can do about that?
i have been calling today to see if anyone can answer my questions such as when are payments due,how much,how long, after numerous workers telling me they cant give that info and hang ups i somehow was able to talk to the legal dept if they even have one but they said that i got a $1250 and as of day one i owe $2339.25 and currently i owe $2156.39 and that i still have 10 payments i disagreed cause i paid them $414 what they said was a two month payment they said that it all doesnt go towards my payment. that some goes to some kind of insurance i guess i agreed to and that there is a debt cancellation fee for something .
