Dear Amy,I have received your email and I had sent the towels to the address given by you. I am sorry that you did not receive them but I got them done right away and went to UPS and had them delivered on time at the address that you gave me.
My Reply:
Hi Tina,
I have the original email copied below. Please note the billing address that I included. I also informed you over the phone before I sent the email of the address, as well as after I sent the email to ensure that you received it.
Unfortunately, as you did not send to the correct address, we were not able to use the towels.
Tina's Reply:
Dear Amy,
I have copies of three (3) correspondences from you. The billing address is not the shipping address and you requested that I send it to Shimon Presents, Attn: Seth Weiner at 471 Glen Iris Drive, NE, Atlanta, GA 49629-9752. I followed your instructions and therefore it is not the responsibility of What a Stitch Embroidery to refund you for your towels or the shipping. I apologize that you were not able to use them but I rushed and got this order done for you and shipped it out as requested.
My Reply:
Hi Tina,
Below is the instructional email that I sent you. I also called after I sent the email to ensure that you received it and had the shipping address that is listed below. I do not feel that it is fair to receive a full refund, as we have the product, but we did not have the towels to present to the winners in Jamaica and will now have to send them out, so I feel that a refund of the shipping price is fair.
We most definitely spoke about the shipping address, and as you can see, it is at the bottom of this email confirmation.
Thank you,
No other reply was ever received, and when I spoke to Tina on the phone she was rude and would not discuss the issue, but told me that she was not responsible for the email I had told her about during our first communication!!
