I was introdused to Jay Harbridge in 2012. He was a broker for an owner looking for someone to take over payments on his 2003 holiday rambler. I sign a contract at that time and remitted 7500.00. At the time he told me that all of this money was going to the owner to lower the balance of the motor home. Well that was his first lie. Then he said dont worry about the owners huge balance on the motor home because he would get me into a diesal pusher within 6 months. again another lie. Then when asked about the tires he said there were new. well since he said he was a good christian man I took his word for it. that was a mistake. The tires are 12 years old and as consumer report says anything over 7 years in arizona are very unsafe and can kill and mame. I would have thought that as a dealer he would disclose all information honestly. well thats not the case. I am writting to other who may see na take over my payments in arizona if its Wheel Protect U. Be aware he will rip you off. He presently is in breach of contract and possible dot violations. Mike,

I am sorry you feel the way you have reported.

Following is the email I sent to you on July 23rd.  You did not put $7,500 down as evidenced by the contract.  You were never told the tires were new, I showed you the DOT date off of each tire,  we have discussed moving up to a diesel pusher several times and it is an affordability issue NOT me not trying to help you get there.   

Everything was disclosed upfront and fairly, you accepted all terms and conditions as discussed, I provided repairs and care for the coach above and beyond what was agreed upon. 

The coach is providing you exactly what you wanted at the time you took delivery.  I understand that personal and health challenges have arisen since you took delivery and stress can often times cause people to say things that are not accurate.  I truly hope that things correct themselves and you enjoy your travels.

Mike I have tried calling you it says that you are out of cell service area. You stopped payment on the motorhome payment you are in default.
