Wheelers Auto Service, Inc. Wheelers Got me for my dough! Stuck me for my cash! Ripped me off proper! Hamden, Connecticut
On January 11th 2010, I had my wife's vehicle towed to Wheelers to have a coolant leak repaired. After the vehicle being there about a day or so my wife received a call from one of the mechanic's there stating that the coolant was leaking from the radiator and it needed to be replaced. We had the work done. On March 27th 2010 I noticed coolant once again leaking from the vehicle. On the next business day which was March 29th 2010, my wife and I brought the vehicle back to Wheelers. We spoke with someone named John who right away was very rude. I explained that the vehicle was just repaired there back in January for a coolant leak and that the vehicle is still leaking coolant two months later. He refused to repair the vehicle without charging us. They never repaired the vehicle to begin with. They installed a radiator and charged my wife and I $400 to do so without the vehicle needing it replaced. Wheelers offered no solution to make this right other than to suck more money out of my wife and I. So here we are today with a vehicle still leaking coolant after paying $400. We feel ripped off.
