I Ordered Wheels and Rims from Wheels West in June and paid $2800.
Zack was the initial point of contact and before I sent the money I received an immediate response to all email sent to him. Final I decided to buy and used PayPal to send a payment using VISA. Weeks when by and still no shipment received from Wheels West.
I sent numerous emails and calls to JC and Zack with no reply. One week later I finally received and email with multiple excuses on why it was taking so long. Another week went by and again no shipment received. So I sent a few more emails. JC finally emailed back and said give it one more week and my order would soon be there. We needless to say 45 days later no order! Now I do not even hear back from them nor do they pick up the phone and call back to voice message left.
So I initiated a claim with Visa and PayPal to get my money back. 5 days later Visa credited my card for the full amount paid to those thieves. If any of you paid via Visa or Paypal you to can do the same to try and get some compensation. I highly recommend that NO ONE buy anything from these DISHONEST CROOKS @ WHEELS WEST EVER!
I was lucky I used VISA and PayPal, you may not be so fortunate!!!

I am the owner of "Wheels West RV" and have nothing to do with "Wheels West" who apparently sell tires & wheels. My company has a flawless record unlike "Wheels West". We sell used Recreation Vehicles.

I did file a report on them atthe Better Buisness bureau of Mainland BC. let's hope they investigate them and shut them down!
