These guys are crooks. I have 6 homes I rent out and I've called them a couple times and had the same experience both times. The first time I had a section of sewer line that needed replaced. They quoted me $5,000 and then I got a second bid and had the same thing done for $1,900. The next time I tried them, I just had a bath tub drain that was clogged and thought I would take advantage of their $49 special for any drain. When the tech came to the house, he said he couldn't get his snake through the drain and that he would have to cut the pipe and replace it and charge me $400. The job probably at most should have been $10 in parts and and hour of labor. If you don't mind paying double or more, I'm sure heir finished product is ok, but I will not call them again. Techs are paid on commission and have an incentive to charge you more for the job.
