Bought our Whirlpool in March had it serviced in the summer, something minor.
This time my Washer has been out of commission for a month, they keep replacing parts over and over. Triple the amount in parts than what the washer is worth.
Now have another appt on Mon.
Appts, they keep getting cancelled or the service guy just doesn't show up.
Call to see whats going on and get told you either didn't have an appt or your appt was from 8-5, but they can't make it so how about next week ? Are these people freaken crazy?
Screw me once,shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.
Whirlpool you suck!! Right along with Lowes, Sears and A&E
