White Egret Takes Your Money But Does Not Deliver Your Products Austin Texas
In 2004, I also ordered raw goats milk from White Egret Farms at the recommendation of Garden of Life supplement company. It took 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive it but I didn't think much of it since it is a small company. The yogurt was excellent and I physically felt the benefits from taking it.
In 2005, I ordered another 12 jars but to this day, December 2007, I have never received that order. I have left numerous voice messages, sent faxes, emails and a certified letter. The letter was returned to me unaccepted. All of my communications with this company were professional in spite of their obvious indifference.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who contacted them twice with no response. It was then that I saw that White Egret Farms has an unsatisfactory rating of more than 133 complaints with a "no response" on their part.
They obviously listen to their voice messages because each of my orders appeared on my credit card as soon as I requested them. This company operates with no integrity and should be made to deliver or reimburse the customers that have been cheated through the years.
Because of their practice of taking payments and not delivering the products that have been paid for, I would advise anyone not to do business with White Egret Farms; you are likely to never receive your order.
