Don't put your faith in this service. After using WRPS for a few years for our aging cat, last year we had a no-show for the first time. I forgave the excuses and used them for our long summer vacation and all appeared to go well....except the A/C went out and they did not bother to call us or write a note. OK, I let that go.
I set up a one-time visit for last week - confirmed it via text with Tiffany since I did not receive an email confirmation. Imagine my surprise when we got home and there had not been a visit. Again.
And imagine, as a long time customer, my slow burn when over the course of 3 days, my text, my email and 2 phone calls were not returned. I was polite and curious as to what had happened. The fact that they did not even bother to return any of those messages for an existing customer speaks volumes.
Search around for more reviews - I now see several where they are no shows. I will not be a fool again. Thankfully the health of our pet was not in jeopardy, but our poor birds were quite hungry. Keep searching - there are plenty of places who will not let you down.
