Whitlock and Associates Jeff Whitlock Took $4000, did no work, threatened to give my stalker info on me, Mississippi Ridgeland
I hired the guy to track a dangerous guy that was stalking me. Paid him up front . He did nothing but dodge my calls and do nothing.
When I asked for refund, he threatened to reveal info to my stalker. Told my credit card company I was a drunk.
