I was solicited by this company to advertise my vacation rental. I paid the $99 set up fee + the $200 monthly fee and was told that I would have my Inn at the top of the page on desktop computer, mobile phones and tablets. Once I received a call that my ad went live, I went searching for what I thought was going to pop right up. I was a the top of the page on the desktop for about 4 hours, nothing on my mobile device or tablet, after that 4 hour time period, never to be seen again on my desktop.
Just as reported by another complaintant, no calls were returned, only once I followed up with a fax stating that I was doing a chargeback to my credit card company did Mr. Browning bother to respond stating I just became aware of this issue but now that you are doing a chargeback, there is nothing I can do. Let me further warn you, its in their best interest not to respond as they will try to get another month @ $200 out of you. They will make you wonder how your business could have survived with out them.
They are hitting it hard too. I have several vacation rentals, without even realizing it, they called me again. Wish I would have googled their name instead and read back to them what I found about them. I knew better too, but live and learn. Please do not make the mistake I made!
