be aware when you bringing in the Hoover steamvac to fix under warranty to 4290 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, CA 92105. The guy 'Dany' will switch your good parts for old worn-out ones and will deny doing it. He switched my rotating brushes on the 27th of Oct. 09, mine was a 9 (almost new, i inspected b4 bringing to him), now a 2, all worn-out, and broken. He thought that I was stupid and did not know. He would not give my original back after confrontation. BE AWARE! Please do something to prevent this guy from stealing from customers.
