Another satisfied and elated customer doing business with JEFF YURTIN and his dime store hood operation. Swimmingpoolsetc.
When I told them that I should have been contacted, I was told that "not everyone kisses my a*s".
Called another week later. No sign of pump. Salesperson to call me after talking to warehouse. No call back.
Two more weeks. Called again. Paperwork lost. Was told that pump was probably shipped. Checked shipping tracking number. Pump was never shipped.
Called to cancel order and was charged a 15% restocking fee.
Very poor business practice. Terrible communication and consumer relation. Foul mouthed.
Do not use them as a source for products. they do not keep items in stock and are a small low quality outfit..AMEN.

I guess if we have one complaint versus 40,000 orders we are doing a extremely good job. We ship 99% of our products within two days and we think we are an excellent supplier for people with hard to find parts and with the best and lowest price in the nation.
So, you think. One problem idiot, you have no evidence to support your BS. The BBB states you have terrible customer service, every person who has put a complaint in on you, JEFF YURTIN;
all say the same thing.
You are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and have a FOUL MOUTH.
One time, just shut your fat mouth and take care of the customers instead of always thinking about yourselfI am reporting your crooked, unethical business to the District Attorneys Office.
You need to be shut down.

Without a order number and or customer name it is very difficult to know exactly what this order was. We do stock alot of products, we have over 30,000 products on our site and have the largest site on the internet. Some pumps are special order and this is why we need the order number and or customer name to look into and verify. We have had over 40,000 orders this year 2004 and I just noticed this complaint listed against our company and wanted to respond. I guess if we have one complaint versus 40,000 orders we are doing a extremely good job. We ship 99% of our products within two days and we think we are an excellent supplier for people with hard to find parts and with the best and lowest price in the nation. We were never contacted regarding a complaint. Is this fair and honest business practice to just post something without finding out the facts? I sincerely question ripoffreport.com and their business ethics and practices.
