Wholesale-Portal has been online since 2006. If Wholesale-Portal were "scamming" or "ripping off" our clients we would hardly still be in business today. No matter how big or how small a company is, there will always be at least one person or a small minority of people who will not be satisfied.
Over these 6 years Wholesale-Portal has evolved and we strive to make it better by implementing monthly updates, and we will continue to do so for many years to come. Funny how after complaints things get changed and fixed. Since my complaint their whole sales page has been changed and so has their website information, They now try to upsell you to an expensive paid version. I would really like an impartial reviewer to join and check all the wholesale sited to see how many actually are dead links. Oh, they may remove them before that happens. If they are now compatible with Firefox, it is only through my complaint that they fixed it, If it is fixed as I have not confirmed this. Too bad they did not deal with my questions and concerns when I first contacted them and we would not be going through this. As I said earlier, it is not the money or the refund policy as the money will not bankrupt me, but it seems like it will bankrupt them they way they deal with it. It is the lies I received when questions were asked and the problems with many areas of their site.
As I said before, be very careful in dealing with these people and do so at your own risk. They are very questionable in their ethics.
