ONE DAY AFTER the new windows I ordered (from another company) arrived. I have done a lot of internet purchases but these guys scared me. Answering machines, unreturned phone calls, incomplete and non-committal answers (when you do happen to get to talk to real person). My wife is scared to death to even think about buying anything else off of the internet now. They may have had satisfied customers in the past and may again in the future...but I will never be one of them. Oh and by the way it was TODAY Sept 28th that we physically got our money back. Good luck Wholesale Window Club...and good luck if you chose to do business with them!

As of Sept.20th 2004, I have been contacted Dan Thomson at Wholesale Window Club and he claims that I will recieve my refund by Sept. 24, 2004.
