This company doesn't respond to ANY communication from buyers of product.

I ordered their weed killer (that was suppose to be PREMIXED and able to use with hand spray bottle) and also their CEDAR OIL for killing fleas. They not only sent a different bottled item that WAS NOT PREMIXED but it also required special sprayers and/or hose to apply which is NOT what I ordered; and their flea spray did NOT even keep the fleas off of me (after I sprayed it all over myself), yet alone kill them.....I had to run into the house and drown them in water as I pulled them off of me....all their spray did was leave me smelling TOXIC (this stuff has a HORRID smell that they also neglected to mention). 

I attempted to contact them FIVE TIMES (the first time was just to get a tracking number for my shipment which they stated must be requested via their email form, which i submitted but got no reply nor did I even get any email sent me giving me an order number...all I received was my payment confirmation thru my paypal acct!).  I tried to get return info, and told them I want a full refund because they not only sent different product than what was advertised on site, but their flea stuff didn't even work!  Their site states there is a restocking fee and paypal fee (for a total loss of 23% of one's order cost!...plus they don't refund shipping or return shipping either ...and my cost to ship order to me was $30!)...so I stated I wanted all this refunded as well! ...again, NO REPLY!

I filed a claim thru Paypal and am STILL waiting for them to DO somelthing about getting my money back, but am still waiting, so wondering if Paypal is 'in bed' with this crooked co!?  Their website shows NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS....I'm guessing they are located in Texas from a search I did that just 'mentioned' this state, but there is no address listed, can't locate them on BBB site, there seems to be no record of them anywhere....So this is obviously some DROP SHIP co. of a cedar oil product (that doesn't even carry their name) and that would explain why you can't get any communication back from these people, nor any location info!

AVOID THIS CO AT ALL COST! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM  and to date I am STILL out my $224 (and that's a hard loss for a senior on a limited income!).

UPDATE: Seller refunded cost to Buyer via Paypal for products shipped.

SUMMARY: Both Seller and Buyer are both HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY Individuals who unfortunately were forced to have to deal with issues that were created by third party internet entities that blocked communication and/or sent incomplete information which was needed to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Note: Main issues lay with Seller's hotmail accts sending Buyer's communications to her spam/junk folder so Seller didn't see them as they came in.

Also, Paypal neglected to send Seller the 'complete report' that was filed by Buyer to explain all issues connected to claim.

And finally the 'home company' that dropshipped the products sent substitutes (re: with diff manuf. brand names) of items where one now required having to mix it vs it being advertised as 'ready to use', (plus after trying the spritzer travel size buyer found the product didn't work so didn't attempt to open the larger sized bottles, just needing to return them now), therefore had the 'home company' just reply to Buyer's emails (including their onsite contact form page) right from the start, none of these issues with Seller would have come about.

So now, Buyer will be returning products (all unopened with only 'travel sized' item being used once), once buyer is able to find transporation to get to a post offc in order to ship the items back as well as Buyer having to cover the return cost.

Wrapup: Response to Seller's last comments posted here:

PAYPAL's FORM was COMPLETELY & CORRECTLY filled out by Buyer and FILED according to Paypal's requirements...if Buyer wouldn't have followed Paypal's procedures exactly the filing of a claim wouldn't have gone thru. Since the Seller claims they received no info from Paypal as to the reason for the claim, this would then be the fault of Paypal not sending the seller the complete info, or that perhaps the seller's email sent Paypal's initial claim notices also to her spam folder (as she stated her email did this will ALL Buyer's communications as well).

Products received were not as described on website (re: received diff. manuf. bottles with diff directions on label) which obviously is a 'company' error, and not the fault of this 'drop shipper' seller.  (Note: when I placed order and received it, I still had no idea I was dealing with a 'drop shipping' company...again, fault of the company to not clarify this on their site).

The Seller stated that ALL Buyer's emails sent went to Seller's Spam folder as to reason she didn't receive them (although this does not give reason to why the 'home company' did not bother responding to ANY of the emails sent to them thru their website & directly since the day the order was placed...so that 'non responsiveness' is solely the 'home company's' fault).

The Seller stated she only uses her Paypal connected email for billing and so didn't check that email address. When filing a claim thru Paypal, they tell the buyer to contact the seller directly via the email that is connected to the Paypal transaction (so it's not just for billing). Since this was the only email linked to this Paypal transaction, it is the email this buyer was forced to use to try to reach Seller, therefore Buyer followed correct procedures in attempting contact with Seller.

I have identified the problem. Your mail was going to my junk/spam box. I didn’t see any of your original letters. I was not trying to ignore you whatsoever. When I signed into Paypal last week, there was a message that told me you had a dispute, but you did not type your reasons on the dispute form Paypal provided. You’re supposed to use the Paypal form to discuss all of your issues so that Paypal can keep a record of our discourse. I was unaware that you sent your reasons to my bank address. That’s not the address where my customer emails are received, and it’s not the form Paypal provided for disputes. When I tried to call you to find out what the dispute was about, I found that the number listed on your original order form was not a real phone number. It was Google voice. In short, we were not getting one another’s messages. I will make sure to check my spam folder from now on. I’ve had a very clean Paypal record since I started this business eight years ago. I didn’t get that clean record by ignoring mail. Paypal will confirm that I’ve processed thousands of successful orders since 2009. I am not the scam artist you’re making me out to be. I’ve donated products to homeless people. I’ve spent endless hours on the phone with mite and bed bug infested people who cannot even afford to buy products. I never refuse anyone a consultation based upon someone's inability to order products. I help them for free, delivering tips to solve all types of infestations with common products from the grocery store or pharmacy. I spend my whole life writing informative articles and giving away free pest control advice to desperate people. In the summer, it’s not uncommon for me to spend ten hours a day answering phones and responding to email. In the winter, I spend all of my time writing endless articles connected to different insect issues. I’m one of the most dedicated and diligent business people you’ll ever meet. I have no problem resolving this matter, but please stop turning this into a public tirade designed to ruin my good reputation. Please check your email to see if my latest reply went through. It’s time to resolve this and move on. For the record, I did not make a mistake with your order. I doubled checked your order form against the form I submitted to the warehouse that fulfills my orders. You can send me pictures of your products so that I can compare them against your actual order form. We can figure this out and make it right, but you must stop attacking me on a public forum. I will be sure to check my spam folder each day to be certain that your mail isn’t going there. Please check your inbox to find the letter I just sent. The last time I tried to send mail to your address, I received error codes along with a message that said the mail was undeliverable. I posted those error codes in an earlier transmission. Again, pleases check your mail so that we can begin resolution.

Here is copy of the last email I  sent you (basically repeating all the same info to you over and over again from the prior SIX emails sent you that you chose to ignor every single one of them from the time I placed the order on June 15th...not even bothering to send me an order # or tracking info of my orig. order, when I followed your onsite directions to get this info via your website's contact email form)...the only receipt I ever got is what Paypal emailed me showing what I paid for....and FYI: i have NEVER had a HOTMAIL acct...so don't know why you are referring to and email address I've never owned or sent you! This site states not to list my full email so I'm not, but it's thru gmail.com and it is what i used to place my order with as well! Paypal has this email address also...so don't know what you are talking about saying you tried to email me thru 'hotmail' which I have NEVER owned an email thru!....just another avoidance tactic on your part?

And you DID send me the wrong stuff...what I ordered online (weed killer) stated that it was PREMIXED (it did not say It had to be mixed up with water and then applied with some specialty sprayer hose etc.), and your flea spray did NOT kill or keep fleas off of me (I sprayed myself fully body and clothes with your travel size sprayer and had to come inside to pull fleas off of my legs and drown them in water!). I never opened up ANY of the OTHER products because I saw via the travel size that this stuff does NOT work as advertised! I want to return this unopened order for a FULL refund for the different product you sent as well as the NON WORKING product you sent, and should NOT have to lose any shipping costs or restocking fees ....you have done nothing but misrepresent what you selll and offered ZERO customer service communication from the day the order was placed. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC and will also file with the dept of consumer affairs and BBB if you still refuse to give me a refund, via paypal (and they HAVE my email acct address via gmail.com that you can reach me at...so stop attempting some bogus hotmail acct address...which I never owned one with them!), and I suggest you also check the two emails you have listed on your ordering web site: wholesalepesticides.com ([email protected] and the 'contact us order form on your website; plus your paypal's [email protected] contact email as well and you will find ALL the emails I have sent you since this mess began!)....because claiming that you didn't get my emails is nothing but a coverup on your part.

READ this email...as it is the LAST TIME I am WASTING time on you people writing the SAME STUFF over and over and over again and again and again....to not only no reply, but then you say to phone when I am telling you I HAVE NO CELL PHONE CONNECTION ....that is why I have done everything via EMAIL....none of which you bothered to reply to (including my initial first request for an order # and tracking # which your site states MUST be requested via your contacts page form....but you even DIDN'T REPLY TO THAT REQUEST EITHER!

I've come across other people who have stated that they requested a refund from you people, and that you gave the same comment that you received no contact from them (how convenient when a customer needs a refund, there seems to never be a response!). So I don't know what shady operation you have going, or if you just win hands down the prize for the absolute WORST customer service of all time!...but the point is, I made enough attempts according to YOUR instructions even regarding tracking info (re: you even state on your site that if someone wants tracking info they are to ONLY request it via email....which I DID and yet was STILL IGNORED!....had no way to even know when my order was coming nor do i to this date have an actual order # (all I ever got was Paypal's receipt that I paid you)....so you don't even follow your own prodicol on getting back to customers! I am SOooo done with these constant time consuming attempts at getting a refund for not only you sending me product that was different than what was described online, but that I paid such an insane price for a product that couldn't even keep flea off of me yet alone kill them! Your product quality is terrible, and it certainly matches your NON EXISTENT customer service! HORRIFIC CO!.

You didn't send me same items as was described on your website (what you sent requires mixing and diff. distributing methods than what I ordered that would require just direct spraying of a premixed weed killer; and also your flea spray didn't even work ...still had fleas jump on me and biting, had to pull them off even though I used your spray all over me!). 
 
I submitted a claim via Paypal and I need a prepaid return ship label / RA# sent to me to return your stuff. 
 
Please note that I expect a FULL refund (no deductions on restocking etc.) along with my FULL shipping costs  refunded me (both ways), and all this is in Paypal's claim that is filed. I have this message recorded thru Paypal's records as well, requesting info & RMA# to do return. You have AVOIDED responding to ALL FIVE of my prior communications (you didn't even respond to my request for an initial tracking number which I submitted via your website according to YOUR site's instructions!...nor give me an order number/email after i placed my order!)....and ALL this has also been noted in claim to Paypal for their record. Suggest you REPLY ASAP with return ship info!

First of all, I have a clean Paypal record with zero strikes against me after eight years in business. This woman never tried to contact me by email after ordering her product. When I plug her email address into my Hotmail search field, no record of her email address comes up. Why did she not simply try to call me? I didn’t know she was trying to contact me until she tried to charge back products through Paypal. When she filed a dispute with Paypal, she did not type a reason for the dispute on the Paypal form.

I tried to call her to ask what the dispute was about. She doesn’t have a regular phone number listed on the original order form. She has a Google voice phone account, which makes it extremely difficult to get ahold of her. (I tried five times today…) Also, I tried to send two emails to the address she provided with her original order form. Hotmail returned both emails and marked them “undeliverable.” I will happily show her the  codes provided by hotmail.

Last not least, I looked up her order. She states that she did not order a concentrate. That is not true. She ordered one concentrate and three ready-to-use products. Based upon the clients description, it sounds as if she may have made a mistake in using a concentrate without diluting it. Here’s what she ordered:

1. The weed killer she ordered is a ready-to-use product.

2. The Paws and Claws she ordered is a ready-to-use spray for dogs, humans, carpets and furniture.

3. The trial sized personal insect repellent she ordered is a ready-to-use product.

4. The PCO Choice Concentrate is a concentrate. One quart makes eight gallons of solution for yard treatment. In fact, the word “concentrate” appears in the product name and product description on my website. She could not have added that item to her cart without seeing the word “concentrate.” The instructions beside the product clearly state that the product must be diluted with water and applied with a hose end sprayer. She could not have added the product to the cart without seeing the instructions beside it.

5. As for the smell of our pesticides, all of the best organic pesticides have strong odors. (Cedar, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, etc.) The distinct aroma of cedarwood oil is highly coveted and respected in the pest control community. There’s a big reason why wood chests, dog houses and cattle fences are commonly made of cedarwood—cedarwood naturally resists decay and pest infestation for 50 years or more.  Residual odors help to repel insects from sprayed territory. The longer the odors last, the better the residual effects. It’s a sign of strength and purity.

Based upon the client's description, it sounds as if she may have made a mistake in using a concentrate without diluting it. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE HER TO CALL ME AND SETTLE THIS. My phone number is clearly provided on my website. Her angry accusation that Paypal is “in bed” with the merchant is completely false. The notion that a Mega corporation like Paypal is “in bed” with a small company is just ridiculous. When a dispute occurs, it takes time to look into it and sort things out.  How can Paypal look into anything if her strange Google phone account just takes messages that are never returned?
