Who's Who Among Outstanding Middle School Students KGLA Publications,INC. I submited a form and purchased a book for my daughter and never recieved it. Canton Georgia
I filled out an application with Who's Who Among Outstanding Middle School Students. My daughter's application was approved and submitted. We also purchased a Book with this application. This was done in September 2007. I have not recieved the purchased Book. The organization's web page is not working and their phone number is no longer in service. This is a Ripoff!!
