WILBER AND ASSOCIATES WILBER GROUP Wilber is trying to collect on a debt I am responsible for, they haven't produced any papers bearing my signature which is against the FAIR DEBT CREDIT REPORTING ACT, SECTION 807, and False and misleading presentation 15 US 1962Ee. NORMAL Illinois

My husband was a terminally ill man the Cancer society gave us a hotel voucher to stay in San Franciso as I had to take him their for several appoints for labs, he had liver cancer and was to get a transplant. We stayed at the hotel on 7th street, we asked the valet how long could we park and he said until the morning around 7 a.m. the towing company will come and tow the car, in the morning my husband was down there and the towing company Golden Gate Tow would not let him come and get me to move the car as he couldn't move it he had no driver's license and was too ill to drive.
Wilber is trying to collect on a debt I am responsible for, they haven't produced any papers bearing my signature which is against the FAIR DEBT CREDIT REPORTING ACT, SECTION c807, and False and misleading presentation 15 US 1962Ee. I know my rights and sent them letters pertaining to this, no signature on documents saying I made this debt. The towing is responsible not me, they towed the vehicle any damages is on their part the car was not in my possesion, the towing wouldn't let my husband move the car it is a scam going on to make money off of hotel customers with their parking zone outside, we asked how long could we park their the valet told us and in the my husband went out to put money in the meter and towing man was there 7:30 am to tow it, the hotel could also be in on this scam to rob customers and make them some money the rental car companies they all get share of the profits.
Why wouldn't the towing company let us move the car, now we get a bill in back in May saying we owe Budget $1,025, are you kidding me, the car was not in our possession so, how could we have damaged it, it was sitting in front of the hotel, and then towed, no damage was on our part, the insurance company with Visa wouldn't pay the claim so, why should we, Visa don't take out insurance and if something happens their insurance covers it, now they say won't pay it? What is going on with these comapnies we could have taken out the insurance and been done with the false claim that the car was damage and the rental company Budget would have paid their own false claim.
Budget let us get a second car we went to pick it up in a cab dropped us off, that's $40 the for the ride, we could have paid that across the street from the hotel and not have suffered this false incident, if we were guilty why did they allow us to get a second car, it doesn't make any sense at all. They would have told us tough, we rented you a car and you let it get towed. Wilber went to the courthouse and found this incident and is not tring to collect on a debt we didn't make or owe. I am fighting this with the law, anyone that don't know your rights you can ask me and I will give you the letters to send to them they way I am, if no siganture is on the documents then have to stop harrassing you and they can be sued for damages of $5,000.
