 We have a email from them stating they know we did not recieve the box!  however they will not returne the stolen funds! they took 366 cash out of our account with no warning  they do not care about us even tho we have been faithful and on time with our payments .

we called wild blue for a service call to fit our service they told us we should upgrade to the exceds we did so  we tried to give the box to the installer he said he was not allowed to take the items and we had to wait for the box the box never came  and we were shocked to find our account had been stolen from 366 cash  after looking it over it became clear this was from the internet provider.  when called i was yelled at and told their was nothing they could do  i asked what happened to the box? they checked and said it was not our fault or thiers but it was UPS s fault and i asked then why am i being the one made to suffer for this misshap . they said they were sorry but nothing they could do i spoke to a superviser manager and corp they all said the same thing they know the box never came to us  it wasnt our fault but nothing they can do  this company is a scam and rip off !!!! please read other reports before  being scammed as well
