Wild Blue is Garbage

Wild Blue arbitrarily stopped charging me for their service after 6+ months of being current.

Wild Blue told me to restore service I would need to pay a $99 reactivation fee and sign a new 2 year contract.  This is in my opinion is Extortion.

Then after no service for 3 months they went and charged my card for 3 months. Obviously if they could charge my card for the 3 months then they had access to my funds the whole time.

Now they have charged me for 3 months and I went to log in and my username and password are no longer valid. They arbitrarily canceled my service in an attempt to charge me $99 to re-connect and sign a new 2 year contract.

The monthly hours are minimal, if you are a moderate user of the Internet then you will quickly gobble up your allowed usage. Even on their most expensive plan.

Forget Wild Blue.  Use another satellite service.

In my opinion Wild Blue are criminals, most likely protected by Govt. payoffs.
